Before we create, we connect.
The Vision Consultation is a conversation — about who you are, what you’re building, and how you want to be seen. We’ll talk through your ideas, your references, your aesthetic, and the feeling you want to walk away with.
From that conversation, I build a mood board — a visual blueprint of your session that guides everything from location and lighting to wardrobe direction and composition.
This is where your vision becomes a plan. And where a good shoot becomes an unforgettable one.
What to expect:
— 20–30 minute conversation via phone, video, or voice note
— Custom mood board built around your vision
— Location and wardrobe guidance
— A clear creative direction before shoot day

All pricing is custom to your session and shared upon inquiry. Starting rates are listed as a guide only.
For time-sensitive inquiries, text or DM directly — I respond within 48 hours.
Book 2–3 weeks in advance when possible.
Expedited editing is available for an additional fee of $150
Your private gallery link is active for 30 days — please download your images promptly.
SESSION GUIDELINES
Come prepared — outfits steamed, hair and makeup done, and a general idea of the feeling you want to capture.
Studio is not included in session rates. I shoot on location; studio arrangements are the client’s responsibility.
Maximum 2 guests on set unless otherwise discussed.
LATE POLICY
A 15-minute grace period is extended to all clients.
After 15 minutes a $50 late fee applies.
After 30 minutes the session may be forfeited without refund.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
72+ hours notice — deposit may be credited toward a future session.
Less than 72 hours — deposit is forfeited.
BOOKING
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Balance is due day of session. Payments accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay, or bank transfer. A signed contract is provided for all bookings.
By inquiring and booking you agree to all terms and conditions. The photographer retains full creative rights to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
